Running for public office may seem like an attractive proposition for many business leaders, especially in light of the current 2016 U.S. presidential election, but most new candidates don’t fully understand the challenges that come with campaigning. In this episode, Rosa Scarcelli, CEO of Stanford Management, talks about the challenges she experienced while running for the governor of Maine in 2010 and how she managed with the politics of her family business.
