YPO member Martin Grieder is a high achiever in many aspects. During his time at Nestlé, Grieder’s passion for difficult startup projects and demand for high standards significantly contributed to the success of Nesspresso and BabyNes. He recently joined Phonak Hearing Systems as group vice president to oversee Phonak’s performance worldwide. When Grieder is not busying climbing the corporate ladder, he is climbing the seven summits around the world. His latest achievement was conquering his seventh one, Mount Everest. In this episode, Grieder shares his insights on how to encourage intrapreneurship in your organization and what mountaineering can teach you about leadership.
