Plans to Build USD1 Billion Resort in Zanzibar

Plans are underway for a USD1 billion resort in northeast Zanzibar, with the expectation that it will create 1, 500 local jobs as well as introduce electricity healthcare and road infrastructure to the area. YPO member Saleh Said, Partner of Pennyroyal Gibraltar Limited and the developer of Zanzibar Amber Resort, joins CNBC Africa for more.
