On August 4th, Rwanda took to the polls for the 2017 elections; a moment in history for the country where the Electoral commission noted a 96 per cent voter turnout, and a landslide victory of 98.66 per cent by the RPF Chairman, Paul Kagame, YPO member, Emery Rubagenga joined CNBC East Africa to comment.
