YPO member Adrian Vycital grew up in Czechoslovakia. After graduating from college with a degree in engineering, he started his business career in a world reacting to the dissolution of the Soviet Union.Embracing the opportunities this provided, he worked as a consultant to Western corporations that entered Central and Eastern Europe to turn around local companies.

As the economy transitioned, Adrian returned to engineering and started his own businesses in the energy sector. Today, SynCo Group has over 30 subsidiary companies and is a leader in infrastructure development and management. Adrian is also a Managing Partner at InfraPartners Management.

In this episode, Adrian shares how he has helped modernize the entire region of Central and Eastern Europe in the post-Soviet world.
