Episode 80: Thomas Donohoe (Level Agency), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA

YPO member Thomas Donohoe loves seeing the application of mathematics to life and business. And most of all, he believes marketing must demonstrate quantifiable returns. That’s why after graduating from Penn State and doing finance in New York City, Thomas turned to a career in marketing. Soon, he founded Level Agency, a digital direct marketing agency that lives Thomas’ dedication to return on investment.

Level Agency has thrice been named a Top 10 Agency in the Pittsburgh Region, and was named an Inc. 500 company. The “Pittsburgh Business Times” named it to its Pittsburgh 100 list, where it was noted as the fastest growing company. Thomas was given the Pittsburgh Business Times  Diamond Award for Outstanding CEOs, and he was named an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
