Four amazing days of learning, innovation and fun kicked off 25 September, with exclusive experiences only available to YPO members, including a private fireside chat.
In a closed-door conversation moderated by Charlotte Finn, Vice President of Salesforce.org, Rob Acker, CEO of Salesforce.org and Brian Gallagher, CEO of United Way Worldwide, attendees discussed the current challenges and opportunities in this age of disruption, and how leaders can drive social impact for good.
The interactive session focused on how the Fourth Industrial Revolution is transforming the world around us, dramatically impacting individuals, businesses, government and society.
The question of the afternoon: What role do businesses and business leaders play in this rapidly shifting world? Topics included employee engagement, local community stakeholders, business success linked to community success referred to as the “full ecosystem.”
Immediately following the fireside chat, the speakers, YPO members and Salesforce executives connected and networked over cocktails and a dramatic view of downtown San Francisco.
Warren Wick, Executive Vice President of AMER Commercial for Salesforce, hosted members as both a new member of YPO and Salesforce ambassador. Also attending were 2018-2019 YPO Chairman Pascal Gerken, 2016-2017 YPO Chairman McKeel Hagerty, YPO CEO Scott Mordell, and YPO President and Chief Operating Officer Sean Magennis.
The evening wrapped up with a blazing VIP experience at the Dreamfest Benefit Concert, featuring Janet Jackson and Metallica.
